Shipping to USA

Due to a recent change in US import rules, shipping from Europe to the USA is currently limited. All USA orders are placed into a shipping queue and shipped in order as capacity allows. Please only order if you are willing to wait. If you place an order and then decide to cancel due to the waiting time, we will refund you, but a small 5% handling fee will be deducted to cover the work we did (preparing, packing, and then restocking).

Please be aware that we can only send a few dozen orders per week while we have several hundred orders in the queue. This means there is currently an estimated 2-3 month waiting line, and new orders go to the end of it. We appreciate your patience and want you to know exactly what to expect.

Please note you will not be charged any additional US import tariffs - we are handling them on our side.

Faster Shipping to United Kingdom

We've introduced a new shipping option for our UK maniacs: FedEx Express. Carrier estimates 4-8 business days delivery window (compared to the 15-20 business days of the economy method we used before), and we’re hoping this service proves fast and reliable so we can continue offering it. This method becomes available during check out for orders over 200 grams.

Faster Shipping within European Union

We've introduced a new shipping option for all EU based maniacs - DPD Express Shipping! Carrier estimates 4-5 business days delivery window, we tested it and it works great so we are going to be offering it from now on. This method becomes available during check out for orders over 200 grams.
