General Questions

Yes, all products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Rest assured, when shopping with Realityfade, you are supporting the bands directly.

We accept all kinds of payment cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

We are based in the UK. We ship from our warehouse in Ukraine.

Pre-order is a way for fans to purchase new products ahead of their release dates. This helps us meet the demand. It also helps fans ensure they don't miss the products before being sold out. Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, the order will be shipped once all items are available.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

We ship the same or the next business day after you place an order. For pre-orders, please always read the product description to see the shipping date.

Please ALWAYS read product descriptions to see the shipping dates for pre-order items.

By default, we will always ship all orders marked as gifts and send with a low value to help you avoid customs fees.

Domestic orders will arrive in 2-3 days after being shipped. 9 out of 10 international and overseas orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive. If your order is taking longer than 2 weeks, give it more time. You can always track it with the code we send after we ship your order.

ORDERS

After you place an order, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we've received it. We will then process it and notify you with another email once your order has shipped.

We will ship the order as soon as it gets back to us. You are responsible for additional shipping charges.

If you're moving place or made an error filling out your shipping address, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you place an order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it. After the 2-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order as it has been sent for processing. To cancel your order, please contact us with your full name and order number.

Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.

If you received a wrong size clothing item by our mistake, we will cover all shipping expenses to exchange your item for the right one. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer in a case when the wrong size item is ordered. Please always use size charts.
