Yes, all products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Shopping with us you are supporting the bands directly.

We accept all bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Please note that our payment processor will not accept any kind of gift cards.


We will ship to anywhere in the world except Russia and Belarus.

Shipping is calculated automatically by the store based on weight and country. Add the products to your cart and go to checkout to see the shipping cost.

We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

We usually try to ship the same or the next business day. Sometimes it can take 1-2 more days if we have too many orders.

Pre-orders shipping time is always stated in BIG BOLD LETTERS in the description of the products. You can always check our production updates here.

Shipping takes about 3-6 weeks. You can always track your package with the tracking code we sent you when your order was shipped. Please be patient.

Additional fees that you may receive when your package arrives (for EU and UK) are your responsibility to your government. We do not charge those fees, your government does. Sadly, we cannot make you 100% avoid them but we will mark your order cheaper than it is for the customs officer to go easier on those fees.


After you place an order, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we've received your order. In this email, there is a button "View your order". Click it to view the status of your order.

We will re-ship the order as soon as it gets back to us. You are responsible for additional shipping charges.
In case of a refund, it will be processed for the items minus the shipping minus the $2 handling fee.

Yes we can if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us with the address and we will fix it for you.

If you see this record in the tracking history "UKRAINE, KYIV MMPO, The postal item has been processed at the office of exchange and handed over for further transportation to the destination country" it means your order is on the way to your country, it is not stuck or lost. It will show further movement after it's scanned and processed in your country. The tracking history may show this record for a week or two with no updates but it will update eventually. This happens to all shipments. Please be patient.


When you place an order, you have a 3-hour window to cancel. After that, we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number.

Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.

If you received a wrong size item by our mistake, we will cover all shipping expenses to exchange your item for the right one. However, if you chose the wrong size then you are responsible for additional shipping charges. Size charts are available on the product page on every clothing item, please use them before you order.
