General Questions

All products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Shopping with us you are supporting the bands directly.

We accept all bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Please note that our payment processor will not accept any kind of gift cards.

We will ship to anywhere in the world except Russia and Philippines.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Poland.

We usually try to ship next business day. Sometimes it can take 1-2 more days if we have too many orders.

Your order still not shipped? Then it's a PRE-ORDER, you can always see our production updates here.

Shipping takes about 10-20 business days depending where you are. You can always track your order with the tracking code that you will receive once your order is shipped.

Additional fees that you may receive when your package arrives are your responsibility to your government. We do not charge those fees, your government does. These fees are unavoidable but we will declare your order cheaper for the customs officer to go easier on the fees.

There are 2 options to fix this.

1: When the order gets back to us you pay the shipping fee again and we ship it again.
2: It gets back to us and we refund the cost of the products.

Yes we can! If your order hasn't shipped please contact us and provide your correct address and we will fix it for you.

Yes we will usually try to combine multiple orders by default. Please email us if you want to make sure your orders will be combined.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you place an order, you have a 1-hour window to cancel. After that, we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number.

Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.

If we sent you the wrong size by mistake, we will cover all shipping costs to exchange it for the correct one. However, if you ordered the wrong size yourself, you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges. Size charts are available on every clothing product page – please check them carefully before placing your order.
