General Questions
Yes, all products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Rest assured, when shopping with Realityfade, you are supporting the bands directly.
We accept all kinds of payment cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
We ship worldwide from Ukraine.
SHIPPING
Yes, we ship to your country. We ship worldwide.
We usually ship all orders the same or the next business.
Pre-orders shipping time frame is always in bold in the description of the products.
Domestic orders will arrive in 2-3 days after being shipped. International and overseas orders take 3-6 weeks to arrive. You can always track it with the code we send after we ship your order. Please be patient.
All customs fees that you may be charged (applies to EU and UK only) are your responsibility to your government. We do not charge those fees, your government does. We have nothing to do with those fees and sadly we cannot make you avoid them.
ORDERS
After you place an order, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we've received your order. In this email, there is a button "View your order". Click it to view the status of your order.
We will ship the order as soon as it gets back to us. You are responsible for additional shipping charges.
If you order hasn't yet shipped we can, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
If you see this message "UKRAINE, KYIV MMPO, The postal item has been processed at the office of exchange and handed over for further transportation to the destination country" it means your order is on the way. The tracking will update once your order arrives to your country and will continue to track until it reaches you. Please be patient. Your order is not stuck and not lost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When you place an order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel. After that, we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your full name and order number.
Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.
If you received a wrong size item by our mistake, we will cover all shipping expenses to exchange your item for the right one. However, if you chose the wrong size then you are responsible for additional shipping charges. Size charts are available on the product page on every clothing item, please use them before you order.
