General Questions
All products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Shopping with us you are supporting the bands directly.
We accept everything except gift cards.
We will ship to anywhere in the world except Russia and Philippines.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from Poland.
We usually try to ship the same or the next business day. Sometimes it can take a couple more days if we have too many orders (especially on holidays).
Your order still not shipped? Then it's a *PRE-ORDER*, check the shipping timeline here.
1-2 weeks for EU.
1-4 weeks for USA (depends on your state, it can be 1 or it can be 4 weeks).
4-6 weeks for Australia and Canada.
3-4 weeks for the rest of the world.
Please note that these are approximate estimations based on our experience. You can always track your order with the tracking link that you will receive once your order is shipped.
Please note that customs clearance fees are set and charged by your government, not by us. We do not receive or profit from these charges.
As a courtesy, we usually declare a lower value on packages to help reduce or sometimes avoid these fees, but this is never guaranteed.
UK: This approach works in most cases based on our experience but sometimes you may still be charged by HMRC.
USA: We handle all tariffs on our side, you will not be charged any tariffs.
EU: Since we are shiping within EU (from Poland) no tarrifs will be charged if you're in the EU.
No, this is completely normal for international shipments. Your order is not stuck, delayed, or lost. Tracking will update once the shipping carrier processes the package in your country.

There are 2 options to fix this:
1. When the order gets back to us you pay the shipping fee again and we re-ship it.
OR
2. We refund the cost of the products minus the customs clearance and restocking fees after the package returns to us.

Yes we can! If your order hasn't shipped please contact us and provide your correct address and we will fix it for you.
Once the order has shipped, it is not possible to change the address.
Yes and we will usually combine multiple orders by default and refund the shipping costs if it is possible. Please email us if you want to make sure we combine your orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When you place an order, you have a 1-hour window to cancel. After that, we are unable to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number.
Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned. Products must be returned new and unused. Contact us to arrange a return.
If you recieved wrong size by our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs to exchange it for the correct one. However, if you ordered the wrong size by mistake, you will be responsible for all additional shipping and customs clearance fees. The size charts are available on every clothing product page - please read them carefully before placing your order. Please note that you have 14 days to request an exchange.
