Yes, all products that we carry are officially released, manufactured, distributed, or licensed from the bands. Rest assured, when shopping with Realityfade, you are supporting the bands directly.

We accept all kinds of payment cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

We are based in the UK. We ship from Ukraine where our warehouse is located.

Pre-order is a way for fans to purchase new products ahead of their release dates. This helps us meet the demand. It also helps fans ensure they don't miss the products before being sold out. Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, the order will be shipped once all items are available.


We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

We ship the same or the next business day after you place an order. For pre-orders, please always read the product description to know the shipping date.

By default, we will always ship all orders marked as gifts and set with a low value to help you avoid customs fees.


After you place an order, you will receive an email with details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we've received it. We will then process it and notify you with another email once your order has shipped.

Domestic orders will arrive in 2-3 days after being shipped. In 90% of cases, international and overseas orders will usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

We will ship the order as soon as it gets back to us. The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

If you've moved place or made an error filling out your shipping address, please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Returns and exchanges

When you place an order, you have a 2-hour window to cancel it. After the 2-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order as it has been passed to processing. To cancel your order, please contact us with your full name and order number.

Clothing items can be exchanged if you received the wrong size. You must send your item within 10 days after receiving it. Please note that we will cover the shipping charge only if the wrong size was sent by our mistake. Always use size charts to avoid getting the wrong size.

Please note that only defective products (misprinted or damaged) can be returned and refunded. Contact us to arrange a return. We will refund your item as soon as we receive it.

Clothing items must be returned new and unused. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted. Refunds will be made only for returned items that have manufacturing defects.
