RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to make an exchange or a return, contact us for authorization BEFORE sending your item(s) back to us.
Returns: We will refund your item as soon as we receive it. Please note that only faulty products (e.g misprinted or damaged) can be returned and refunded.
Exchanges: You must send your item within 10 days after receiving it, please note that the shipment charges are at the customer's expense.
Clothing exchange items must be returned new and unused. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Refunds will be made only for returned items that have manufacturing defects.
Media product orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
